I left A plan about 15 years ago, I tried many online insurance brokers, all an absolute waste of time, ok they are cheaper, but when it comes to the crunch you get what you pay for. So been back with A plan for about 10 years. And will not be changing anytime soon

A-Plan provided a good 'instruct us, and we will sort out the detail' service, as an alternative to using one of the internet comparison sites.
The documentation for the chosen policy did not arrive within the time advised, but they responded promptly enough to a chasing phone call.

I bought a new car and as already insured with you I requested a new quote. The one I was offered I considered totally unacceptable as the price quoted did not in any way reflect the price I paid in April for a cat same make engine size and park assist. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and agreed to look for a more acceptable offer. I rang a few days later and the cost although slightly increased was far more acceptable and I continued with the insurer. So with this in mind I consider the care and consideration given to their clients highly acceptable.
