I've been insured with A-Plan for several years now. They always beat any of the price comparison websites and the service truly is customised, as I drive a modified car. Very friendly staff to speak to (thank you to Chris at the Thatcham branch!) and I'm happy to recommend the company to anyone looking for insurance.

A-Plan provided the best quote all round and really understood the type of vehicle I was trying to insure. Having had several companies decline the cover on an Ariel Nomad A-plan knew the vehicle and more importantly understood what it was I was insuring. Just hope things work out come renewal time as is often the case with bespoke insurance it attracts bespoke premiums.

Although my car insurance WAS due for renewal in July, I had a specific question re adding a named driver to my new policy and I wanted to speak to a ‘living human being’. Immediately people responded to my question and started to make enquiries on my behalf. They were so willing to help, sourced information which ultimately helped me make a decision.

So far, so good. Unfortunately I cannot set up an online account as my email account is not recognised, even though I am receiving emails like the one I am replying to now. The office could not send my documents by email either but insist it is the fault of my email account. However I have finally received them by post.
