if you are like me, calling Insurance companies for renewals, cancellations, quotes etc. is a part of life that I o not look forward to. However, this was different, I spoke with a lady called Louise from the 'Shirley' branch who was a delight to discuss my Insurance with. Louise was polite and professional throughout the call and I felt that she wanted what was best for me and not necessarily how much of a premium the company could get out of me. Thank you for making this experience a pleasure and not one of those mundane chores we all dislike and/or dread every 12 months or so. A-Plan is the way to go by the experience I have received. I will of course continue to contact you for future insurance policies moving forward. Thank you.

For several years now, A Plan Insurance has been my first port of call whenever I've needed an insurance quote. Invariably I have ended up taking out a policy with them because their quotes have been competitive and, just as importantly, the staff have always been friendly, professional and efficient. Whichever branch I've dealt with, and if I've needed to contact them more than once, I have been able to speak to the same person who handled my original enquiry - this is always a joy! My latest experience was with APlan in Witney, Oxfordshire and I should just like to thank Kerry Cornwell who dealt with my enquiry with the professionalism I have come to expect from APlan!
