Phoned A Plan to get my annual Building and contents Insurance Quote. I spoke to Catherine Smith who explained in detail this years quote. My call concerned insuring my wife’s car which became due after I had recently insured with you my own car. I had sought earlier to renew my house insurance with you but despite best efforts by your broker to do so the premium quoted represented a very major increase over what I had insured with you before, hence I looked elsewhere.

After spending vast amounts of time trying to change one of my vehicles with my existing insurer on my multi car insurance and then told I cant do this as my new vehicle as its classed as a van/ pick up i was then given a quote from existing insurers which was very expensive
THEN APLAN called me ....
So very helpful and explained everything very well and the quote was much better
Have now insured my new ' van " with Aplan and will be hopefully insuring my other 2 vehicles with them when they are due to renew 😊
