Emma Humphries: Charming, polite, helpful, knowledgeable and patient with my incessant questions, queries and requested changes. Hell, she even laughed at one of my dreadful jokes. I quickly ended up with cover suitable for my circumstances at less than I had previously been paying. I can’t recommend A-Plan highly enough. When I had a claim on my insurance, A-Plan where there as my broker through the whole process, to the extent they had my initial declined decision overturned. They are Customer Service lead, can’t ask for better.
