We have had a very unpleasant week as my son slipped in the shower damaged the shower and put his foot through the bath! It was a nightmare. When I spoke to Simon in Cheltenham office he was brilliant I explained that we have my 93 year old gran with us and need a bathroom and he spoke to the underwriter and got things sorted super quick. We really appreciated the extra effort he made.

I have today been speaking with Ben Priestly who was most helpful. I have been with Home direct for some years and have never had a problem. Your staff are professional in all aspects but also friendly and approachable. Unfortunately this will be the last time I will be renewing this policy as come September I will no longer require it but thanks very much for being my insurers over many years. My review is four stars as everyone needs to have aims and ambitions nobody is perfect.

Have used A-Plan for over 10 years for the insurance of our 2 company vehicles and this year our Trade Liability Insurance. Have never had anything other than first class service from them. Whenever, I've called to renew the insurances the person I've spoken to has always been friendly, polite, informative and nothing is too much trouble for them to explain if you have any queries. Today I spoke to Reece to renew our van insurance. As always he made it simple, easy & he found us the best possible renewal price. It was a pleasure to speak to him. Wouldn't consider using any other insurance broker.

If you require insurance, when travelling within UK and Europe, we cannot recommend him and A-plan highly enough.
