I spoke to Suzanne Reed at Bromsgrove. She was great throughout the process, calling me back with the quote when she said she would. As this was a renewal, there was only a very minor change to the cover required and Suzanne dealt with it swiftly and efficiently. I found her very approachable, friendly and professional, a true asset to the company. She explained what will happen next and I was completely satisfied. This excellent customer service is the reason why we have 4 policies with A Plan.

Amazing service and from start to finish. I had a quotation from Kirsty at A Plan Thatcham and offered me an amazing deal for what i need. The accompanying paper work is excessive, not particularly well ordered with no summary page showing the critical information, eg policy start and end dates; key telephone numbers, wallet size card for ease of access.
I received close on 90 pages, single sided photocopies, took me forever to find key information. That is NOT goid enough.
