Sorting out the actual insurance required seemed quite simple but, when i read the draft proposal, I realised that a number of key facts were incorrect, which would have cost me substantially in paying extra for what I required. This was rectified quickly but then, after taking out the policy, I found that it was impossible to access it online. When I complained, I was told that they could raise an issue with their IT department but they implied that it probably wouldn't be fixed. My overall rating is "could do so much better"

I have been using the Aplan office in Evesham for the last year. They have been amazing at every interaction. Supper efficient, friendly but professional and I didn’t even want to look to see if I could get my insurance cheaper online.
On the most recent renewal I dealt with Katie and Sylvia and both were an example of great customer service. At a time when customer service is needed most so many firms are failing but Evesham Aplan can show others how it should be done. Thank you.

I haven't insured my car through A Plan for several years, simply because they have been uncompetitive on pricing. I have always been very keen to return to A Plan as they are local, can be "face to face" and the staff are exceptionally customer focussed.

Sam was great, very polite & energetic but more importantly, he found me a great deal that I was delighted with.
Sam could have closed me down as a customer a week earlier at a higher premium to me as I was ready to progress but Sam suggested holding a week as he had a plan that could significantly reduce my premium & we had no rush. I listened & it paid off saving me a few hundred pounds. You don't get that level service often nowadays but it was so refreshing to come across somebody doing the right thing for his customer rather than the easiest thing for himself. Sam not only did you save me money but you also restored my faith in good customer service. Thank you
