I found a quote on compare.com but A plan found me the same difference and were very helpful so I was happy to go ahead with them. I especially like the fact that they are local to me so any problems I can pop in the store face to face.

A Plan are always an absolute pleasure to deal with and usually the cheapest - I'm relieved when they are, as it's always much easier to get answers to any queries. We've had policies through them for years and I haven't yet spoken to anyone there who isn't charming and helpful.

I used A Plan as they had recently dealt with a claim by my son very efficiently and fairly.
I called in without an appointment but was met with a friendly greeting and my requirements were dealt with extremely professionally and promptly. I was particularly impressed with Kloe and her willingness to involve other advisers if she thought they could improve on her recommendation.
Follow up was equally impressive. Will be moving our other insurances to them in due course. Excellent firm all round.
