I reached out to A Plan as my Home Insurance policy was due for renewal and my previous broker - Stanhope Cooper let me down at the very last minute.
I found A Plan through a general search on Google so they did not know at all prior to this interaction. I found A Plan very professional, friendly and helpful. I dealt with a lady called Amy McGregor who was helpful but as i had a specific type of requirement, i was passed onto A Plan Private Clients.
Kailen Taannis then took over my case and worked tirelessly and urgently to find an alternative policy in time, which was not straight forward.. She was very responsive, she kept me updated. Thank you Amy and Kailen and A Plan. I would definitely recommend Kailen, Amy and the A Plan team to anyone looking for insurance cover. They have been excellent.
