Usually any household insurance renewal is a battle due to raised premiums despite no claims, and oppositions quotes being cheaper due to ‘new customer discounts’ that faithful return customers don’t get!!! Gareth however broke the mold by chasing different options and pointing out excesses in my previous cover which reduced my premium. A refreshing change to the usual insurance renewal conflict

I have used A-Plan for car insurance on several occasions, and when i contacted them recently to renew a policy, I can see why. Sarah Spratt, the executive who dealt with my renewal was very pleasant to deal with. She knew how to build rapport with just the right amount of familiarity. She was also able to provide a very attractive quote for a second and rather 'unusual' vehicle. I would recommend A-Plan to anyone requiring a professional and efficient service.

My visit to A-Plan Insurance Brokers was a sort of highlight. I was greeted as soon as I arrived at the premises and made to feel welcome. The broker went over the policy carefully, ensuring I understood the T's & C's, and I walked out with everything I needed. The only disappointment, the insurance company was LV.

Came to Aplan for a camper van insurance quote and really glad that I did. It came out more expensive than the existing insurance which highlighted issues with them that made me want to leave and come to Aplan.
Spoke to Katy, a T5 owner herself (which was reassuring) who squared me away with a policy that covered everything.

WOW !! What incredible service !! I cannot recommend A-plan highly enough. They were quick to respond to my call and the customer service is some of the best I’ve EVER received . I was put through to Benjamin Lewis at the Poole office who was extremely helpful, dealing with my quote quickly, getting me a good price and giving me some savings . 6 days from renewal and I had received no renewal policy from my current insurance provider and all calls and emails were being ignored. I was unable to get my No claims bonuses from them as I couldn’t get hold of them , but Ben was brilliant in assisting me and sorting this .
