I had no difficulty or delay in contacting A~plan by phone,obtaining a competitive quote and completting the deal. This was not my experience with several other insurers and brokers that I tried to contact either on ~lne or by phone.

My existing insurance was AGECO, when I told them that I was changing my car to a Suzuki they told me they couldn`t insure it . I was advised to contact A-Plan and spoke to Mr Matthew Scott. He checked through all the insurance companies that would insure my new vehicle and made a recommendation which I accepted. He was very professional and helpful. I would therefore recommend A-Plan to anybody.

Just renewed my buildings insurance with A-Plan. It is the first time I have used this company and it has been an absolute pleasure. The two gentlemen who dealt with my case, Jack Flemons and Thomas Jack were extremely polite and friendly and made the whole process easy. It was also a very good deal financially and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic company. They helped me find cover for a branded, electric car when most others would not even quote. Then they helped me with my daughters first car insurance. They pick up the phone and answer emails.....sounds ridiculous but many don't! Thank you to the team there that are always friendly and quick to respond.

My A-Plan Insurance customer onboarding journey was through the Insurance Consultant 'Miroe'. This is the only experience I can report on so far with regards to this company due to me newly signed up. Here's my experience:
Miroe provided excellent customer service.
He was professional, helpful, friendly, and non-salesy.
Miroe was open to answering the numerous questions I had. Where he didn’t know certain answers, he was more than happy to return to me and saw it as a positive opportunity to enhance his knowledge to then know more about the insurance cover (rather than see it negatively as additional unwelcomed effort). I returned to him a few times whilst deciding on the package, and each time he welcomed my call.

Jonathan Scanlan was the advisor. He went through everything that we wanted from a policy with myself and my husband. He came back to us with a cheaper and better policy than the previous Car Insurance Company. Jonathan was friendly, professional, and listened to us. I do hope his Manager is going to listen to the recording of his call with us. I would recommend A-plan and look after the NHS staff.
