I recently asked for a quote for home insurance, I thought of A-Plan as I have used them in the past and my requirements this time were not straight forward. I spoke to Andrew who shopped around for me and came back with a competitive quote. My requirements then changed so he had to go through everything again for me and look again for more quotes. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he once again came back with a competitive quote. He made the whole process very easy and being able to speak to a "person" rather than dealing online made me feel confident that my requirements were met and that I had the right policy to meet my needs. I cannot praise A-Plan enough my experience was completely positive and Andrew was very polite, patient and handled my enquiry professionally and efficiently

Sam was very polite, asked me what insurance products I wanted to have included, did not push products I did not want, obtained quotes from multiple providers, and called me back with the results. I was looking for simple contents insurance for a refurbished flat. The local office referred me to a more specialised branch office since the flat was more of a holiday home.
