Chantal from Tooting sorted my car insurance this year. No idea how long I have been with A-Plan now as they always come up trumps! Chantal went through everything with me and was happy to post hard copies of docs as in previous years I have had difficulty getting into vault (IT need to sort that out!). Life is so much easier when people listen to your preferences. Highly recommend A-Plan, and remember to ask for Chantal.

Simon who I spoke to was courteous and helpful. With his help I saved the best part of £50 on my house insurance. I would have given 5 stars but for the on going problem I am having accessing my documentation via your on line portal, which I am still unable to do as two passwords are in conflict one on my phone and the other on my laptop. Matthew and Simon have offered to get assistance from IT but so far 14th July nothing has happened!

This is the first time using and hearing about APlan, they were the cheapest quote using AXA, and AXA direct wanted £100 more at least. Many insurance companies tried quoted from £100 to more than £500 more than APlan, hopefully I won't need to claim but if all goes well they can have my business next year.

Super helpful and attentive when asking lots of questions about insuring a specialist vehicle. I had a quite a technical query on the Public Liability Insurance cover on my Home Insurance arranged through A-Plan. I spoke with Isabella who took all the details, agreed to check with the Underwriters and call me back which she duly did with a very clear explanation (that I was covered).
