I recently changed my car to a BMW. I made contact with my insurer who had had been with for many years.
They informed me that none of their 10 underwriters would insure me. I am 71 years old, NO penalty points ever, and NO accidents. BMW North Oxford recommended A Plan Whitney to me. The young lady I spoke to was OUTSTANDING. I took out the insurance with them and spoke to the branch manager to say how very professional the young lady had been

Have used A-Plan Northampton for a number of years. They are always very good. My renewal this time was dealt with by Lewis Ellis who was very helpful, professional and friendly. He directed me to a better policy for my money and took no for an answer when I declined the added extras. No pressure selling done. He gave excellent advice regarding Legal cover and dealt with my additional enquiry re pet insurance too. A nice and pleasant telephone conversation despite the pain of paying out money! Many thanks.

Absolutely cannot fault A Plan Salisbury, we were recently involved in an accident and their emergency response and staff in branch (over the phone) have been amazing. We have two cars and the house insured via A Plan and we won’t go anywhere else!
