I am new in town, and I walked into the place for the first time (no appointments have been arranged) last week. I had the pleasure to meet with Mr. Mike Gibson, a committed, friendly, and incredibly nice and knowledgeable person. He patiently listened to and answered all my (many…) questions with such a good disposition and professionalism which are all but common. My command of English is all but…stunning and he kindly waited for me to make a sense out of my very many thoughts (first car for me here in the UK). The whole office, conveniently located in one of the busiest streets of Exeter, is clean and anti-covid measures are in place (e.g., the screen between the customers and the employee). I highly recommend this insurance place also for being flexible and generous timewise. Today, I stayed there well past the closing time, and Mike was there to help. As always. Thank you!

This is the 3rd Year I have spoken with Dilpa Patel (Dee) from the Tooting Branch and she is pleasant, professional and the most efficient Insurance Broker I have ever dealt with. Let's face it, Trades Public Liability Insurance is Not The Most enthralling thing but it IS an Absolute necessity for every Business and Dee is just fantastic at her Job, friendly with it and has this Year saved us ÂŁ130 on our Premium by putting in the Hours and going through every detail of the Review with Me.
