Went to the Cheltenham branch last week and dealt with Billy. He was extremely helpful and patient. He listened to our needs and addressed them. We took car insurance on two cars and household insurance. Very competitive prices. Very efficient.

I’ve been with a-plan for my home insurance for about 20 years. They are efficient and friendly. They send me a quote when it is due for renewal without fail and whilst I always a do the usual - shop around for a couple of quotes for comparison - they have never been beaten for price in a like-for-like policy.
