I was referred to Alice at A-Plan through Vint-tro car club. Alice was clear, concise and friendly - and I got exactly what I needed for two very different cars - one a modified 80s VW and the other a modern, high performance Audi. She not only bettered my independent quotes but managed to reduce excesses and agreed values.

We were in a pickle with some house insurance conundrums and the exchange of our property looked like it was going to collapse. In steps James Bell from A-Plan in Kingston. Never heard of them ? You don’t need to know anyone else in future. This guy knows his stuff, is upbeat , diligent, fast and responsive. Oh and it’s the cheapest quote I’ve ever found. He even stayed on after closing time on the hottest day of the year so our property deal would go through. Frankly I’d give him a medal!
