My insurer appointed a new Broker A-plan to renew my agreed value classic car insurance. Callum Boyden of the Basingstoke office has provided excellent service for me in this regard. Very helpful on time response gave me exactly what I needed. Good effort there!

Great personal service with one to one direct conversation. Quick response times to answer calls, with friendly helpful staff. No lengthy in a que issues, and no push to have to go to the website to resolve issues yourself. However there is a web link allowing you to view online details if you require. All in all a great personal service and experience.

Both of them exceeded my expectations in providing their service to me. This service was personalized for me in connection with auto-insurance renewal and with a potential insurance claim.
It also seemed totally integrated customer experience for me, especially in their use of technology efficiently. No time was wasted on the phone and subsequent email communication.
I was impressed Charlotte and Trisha's holistic approach in their ways of working.
Both assisted me, throughout my interaction over the phone, establishing fact based decision making process for me which was simple and easy.
Charlotte and Trisha were very knowledgeable of their product/service when providing this proactive tailored solutions.

Fantastic service and very competitive price. A Plan sorted out our motorhome insurance so we came back for our car insurance. We made a huge saving and as usual the process was hassle free. We'll be back next month to sort out the house insurance!

I was first recommended A-Plan by a quality car dealer as my new car was declared uninsurable by my then useless insurer. A-Plan had the knowledge and expertise to insure the new car on reasonable terms. They now handle all my insurance and unbelievably they are a proper insurance broker (I thought these had become extinct like bank managers). Today Marie Beardsley handled the renewal of one of our cars and she (like all the A-Plan staff) was excellent! She went the extra mile to provide service backed by knowledge. Reece @ Tooting was very helpful and friendly, after our first chat about the van insurance quote he came back to me later that day with a better deal than I found on comparison websites! I needed an unoccupied property policy that allowed light refurbishment and i found these people helpful. In an area where it was difficult to compare across different providers their policy summaries had plenty of detail and clarity unlike many of those I looked at. On price I found them fairly middling but liked the access to a person for face to face discussion in the high street which i felt was worth paying for.

Highly recommend A-Plan Insurance. First time of using A-Plan and spoke to Andy initially and then Rob who were both friendly, helpful and professional. A good quote was given for our new motorhome, the premium was accepted and cover was started. Hopefully we'll never have to use it!

I've just renewed all of our insurance policies with the Tooting branch. I've been doing this for a few years now with them as I like to have everything under one roof. Both Olivia and Catherine were very helpful and made the whole experience very pleasant and stress free. With the APlan I am sure I am given all of the possible options and that I am not pressurised to add things to my insurance which I don't want or don't need. Highly recomended.
