Matt was friendly and informative and good at following up. An alternative provider with similar cover was identified with much reduced premium. An oversight was picked up on the documents which resulted in an increased premium but the original quote was upheld which was nice.

I have a classic 'toy', and two daily's that need insurance. I spoke with Alex Nea at A-Plan Insurance in July 2022 who initially provided an excellent insurance package for the classic car which also saved me money, and then went on to offer an even more significant saving on my two daily's as well!
It's never usually much fun renewing car insurance, but Alex made it worth my while with an overall 50% saving on my current insurers for the same cover on all three cars!
On a personal note, I found Alex to be professional, knowledgeable and above all a kind individual who is ready and willing to help, and a clear champion for A-Plan Insurance.
