Darren Hayward from the Bury St Edmunds office helped us to change our car insurance on Wed 27 July, after we part-exchanged it for a new one. I phoned up for some advice about car insurance and was given brilliant help and information by Jon Fletcher from the Worcester branch. He was extremely patient (especially when I gave muddled number plate detail!) and explained everything clearly. The final quote for the insurance was a very good one, saving us over half of the existing policy fee.
We have been using A-Plan Insurance for over 30 years on the recommendation of my mum and dad, and the service has always been excellent. I will continue to recommend the company to friends and colleagues. Thank you.

I’ve just taken a motor insurance policy out this morning having talked with Andrew Cotter during the week. Andrew found me a great deal, not only was he nice to deal with, pleasant and professional, but he did what he said he’d do, and he did it when he said he would.
Andrew said he would be my personal contact going forwards, to sort any issues. Fantastic service which stands out from the crowd.
