I phoned to renew my house insurance policy but they were having problems with their phones. Ben Priestley was amazing. He was very apologetic and rang me several times. We finally managed to speak long enough to sort it out. I am very happy with the service Ben provided and his cheerful manner was lovely.

Having shopped around for new for old Caravan insurance (direct and through brokers) but also checking market value quotes on our twin axle 2013 Bailey, I got the short list down to 5.
Further research on reviews for claims and customer service chopped this to 3.
The requirement of needing the alarm up and running but not the tracker which costs more to have an active subscription than it saves on the insurance premium was not a stumbling block but was going to be needed for a sensible price on new for old.
From my very first enquiry right to taking out the policy 2 months later, the service I received by Bromsgrove Leisure A Plan was second to none.
Calls were answered in a timely manner, routed to the same member of their team each time. If busy, she would call back as soon as poss. Not only this but the fact she gave me call backs a week or 3 weeks later (depending on agreed timespan) as I awaited the handover date from dealership to be confirmed.....all this was done as promised.
The day after paying the premium which was the day before collection, my dealership drops the bomb that they had been unsuccessful getting the alarm to function !!
Again, a call to A Plan to check the options if no alarm was met with a swift response and two options which relieved the stress on collecting the day after.
I called at the dealership that day, fixed the alarm issue for them and updated A Plan with the situation now being as originally quoted.
Documents sent through via email the same day.
I cannot stress how helpful this company was in answering all the questions I had and how nothing was too much trouble......customer service and sales to the highest level, like you used to get before most of it was outsourced to overseas call centres.

Went to A-Plan Hemel Hempstead's branch, looking for a quote for my car. Unfortunately I couldn't find there anything that suits my budget, however I was quite impressed by the professionalism and help offered my Mr. Thomas He gave me a honest advice and many tips to help me with finding a good plan for me. I'm 100% sure that he reflects how professional is A-Plan.

Just taken out a years motoring insurance with A-Plan, which isn't that unusual except I have been a Company Car Driver for years so had no No Claims bonus to apply. Luckily for me Liz Holt of A-Plan talked me through the different options, was able to suggest an insurance company that took my driving experience into account and provide me with a policy and cover from exactly when I require it.
