Members of staff are polite and explain matters clearly over the phone. Also they have a walk in office which is a really useful option to have, when the assurance of face-to face contact is needed.

As our premium with a different company had risen a lot, we contacted a-Plan, through whom we had had motor insurance in the past. They were very efficient and helpful, and found us a good quote with a reliable company quite fast. They have been quick to reply to queries and so we have now taken out a policy with them.

Contacted A-Plan after receiving heavily increased renewal from previous insurer. Spoke to Jamie Alford at Winchester Branch who was extremely helpful and professional. Succinct and comprehensive advice was given and we had very acceptable quotes on three vehicles. Cannot thank him enough for his input - having had our working lives in sales, we recognise good training and personal commitment. Couldn't be happier with our experience. Would certainly recommend A-Plan.

I have been a customer of A-Plan Insurance (marine insurance) for several years and have found my broker, Mr Quinton Hall at the Parkstone office at Poole to be very helpful and informative.
