Had my renewal call from A-Plan Cheltenham Branch today with the very helpful Billy Hendle. I have to say I was delighted with my quote for the ongoing year, and even though my 14 year old car has actually increased in value due to the buoyant second hand car market, my quote was very competitive and I had no reservations about renewing. I recently became a first-time buyer of a converted VW camper. Having previously only owned cars, this has been quite a distinct experience, including on finding the best, most appropriate insurance.
A-Plan were recommended to me, and have clearly well earned their good reputation. Ibrahim was attentive, careful, and thoughtful in finding the right policy, and similarly Felice was outstanding in addressing questions that I had. Their diligence and kind manner related both to the quality of their work, but also their approach to assuring my own understanding in what is - to me - new vehicle-owning terrain.

It was a real pleasure to deal with A-Plan Insurance Brokers of Hemel Hempstead. All the staff I dealt with had a great knowledge of what I required in House and Car Insurance. Nothing was too much trouble, and they saved me money from the previous insurer I had been with for 22 years; and most of all with better cover. It is nice to talk to a person instead of a recorded message/tick box/call centre. Sadly in these call centres the staff do not get sufficient training.

Stratford-upon-Avon branch are amazing. I'm going into my 2nd year as a mobile dog groomer and even though I have 1yrs no claims bonus, my previous insurance company (not Aplan) put my renewal up. I contacted Aplan and Lauren was super helpful. She saved me £1000 along with added extras on my insurance such as legal cover. I'm beyond happy and highly recommend them.

A Plan have been my go to for insurance for many years. I tried elsewhere once and got a cheaper quote but with all the add ons it wasn't. Best is being able to talk to someone on the phone and know my questions will be answered with honesty and knowledge. Also they must be a good employer because the team I deal with hardly changes.

I've had all my vehicle policies with A-plan for a number of years and to be frank, their customer service out of the Exeter branch has always been No.1. When I have had queries, I am able to speak directly to a person, rather than a generic call centre, which personally is a service I prefer. Definitely worth that call!
