I was told you were good by a neighbour and I can confirm this was the case. Zavaar was most helpful and answered all my questions and explained everything very clearly to me. In fact we decided to renew our house insurance with you too. Would definitely recommend your company to anyone looking for insurance of any sort.

The experience itself was good. However, I had to chase them despite leaving messages to call me back. Also, after pointing out amendments to the insurance document, all I got was a pdf document via email despite asking for it to be sent by post. The problems is, I explained that I couldn't open the document but I never received a response.

Dealt with Thea Maslin, cool vibe, very informative. Insurance was around £500 cheaper, excess was £600 less and no claims bonus protection was free…pretty happy. 👍😁

After my van accident last year A plan parkstone were very helping with getting my van sorted and dealing with some big issues when the van came back and I saw the job wasn’t done very well A plan waded in to put pressure on Fix Auto to get the van sorted. Thank you to A plan and the team

The fact that you have someone to talk and discuss your needs with helped tremendously. The process took 20 minutes in the office with James. It was a blast from the past; everyone goes on line thinking it is easier and cheaper. I found this experience the opposite, it took me 1 and a half hours waiting for a portal with my old company to cancel my old policy; I was number 56 in the queue, They do not have a telephone number any more just a portal. Modern technology is not easier or faster, just coming into the office I now have peace of mind having someone to call and then help me if I need to claim and it was cheaper then any quote I got from these internet only companies. The old way is the best!

Having car scrapped we bought another and by mid day on day of purchase had all insurance sorted and set up. This is inline with other car insurance, household and contents insurance - all through A-Plan as it has been for many years-a satisfied customer returning yet again.
As always staff are superbly professional, know their 'stuff' and get what we want sorted without fuss.
