He was helpful, extremely pleasant to talk to and followed up on all issues in a very timely and efficient manner. Having to make a claim is never any fun, but Tom made it as painless as possible. Exceptional service yet again from Daniel (Baisingstoke Branch). Since first being recommended to A-Plan to insure a truck in 2010, I have never used any other insurer. I have the Baisingstoke number in my 'phone and seem to get Daniel every time :)
