Last year we had a windscreen crack and trouble finding an Auto glass place as we were on holiday in Wales.I rang my A plan in Swindon and was helped greatly,with information and reassurance.The windscreen was replaced and I informed the young man in Swindon we were getting it done he was most relieved and we were able to carry on with our touring holiday.

Have just renewed my Marine insurance for the third year with A-Plan Insurance (Parkstone). I have dealt throughout with Quinton Hall, Marine Development Manager. I cannot speak too highly of both the company and Quinton. I did my homework before starting with A-Plan and received quotes from a number of different marine insurers. Unfortunately, many of the agents I spoke to hadn't a clue what a static houseboat is, whereas Quinton knew precisely what I was talking about. Of course, the premium I paid and continue to pay is a matter of negotiation but here too I have always found Quinton to be both professional and as accommodating as possible within reasonable parameters. I haven't yet needed to make a claim but I hear from others with a similar houseboat to mine that their claims have been settled without delay - and that really is what insurance is all about!

Richard Spencer was super helpful in quoting my insurance. I have a heavily modified vehicle and it took a long time for us to go through everything but he took the time to understand my requirements and wasn't trying to rush things and made sure that I got the right coverage at a good price. I had originally planned to get more quotes but because of his approach I decided to agree and signed up straight away. Thanks again Richard!

A very good experience, very helpful and dealt with me very professionally. My only problem was the first time I phoned my call was unanswered and I gave up and put the phone down. You could loose potential customers who might not call back.

When individuals whom give you awesome service and exceed your expectations then credit is due ten fold. Take a bow Thomas Alexander and hopefully you boss will take you for a pint after this review. Courteous, patient, funny & great communication and a fair and honest deal. I have to say that all the staff whom I spoke to were brillant.. normally I hate dealing with insurance but this was a pleasantly different experience to the normal take it or leave it approach from other insurers. 10 out of 10.. Keep up the personal touch and good humour. Thank you for sorting my sons insurance and most definitely will do business again.

Excellent service from Charis Sadler. She was able to rearrange a start date on one of my policies at VERY short notice when I found out that my old insurance ended 2 days earlier than I had thought! Also saved about ÂŁ100 on my three cars compared to the 'multi-cover' quote from my old insurer (Aviva)
