Simon in the Cheltenham Office was very helpful with our annual car insurance review and renewal. When we went in our objective was simply to renew along the lines quoted. It is easy to contact the office and a human being answers the telephone. None of this press this that for 10 minutes. For me that’s a 10 out of 10 immediately. The staff are professional as well as friendly and the bonus is a competitive price for my car insurance. I have no hesitation in recommending the Sutton Coldfield branch .
