I have both my car and house insurance through A-Plan and have just renewed my car insurance again this year after speaking with Karl Burkhardt; who processed everything with efficiency and clear explanations to my queries.
I do compare quotes and find that A-Plan are competitive and, if I've ever had to contact them for advice, answer the phone quickly!

We use A plan for all of our vehicle insurance and have always been pleased with the price and the service. My car insurance was due for renewal and they sent me a text to remind me so I called up yesterday and spoke to a very helpful chap called Benjamin Priestley. We went through all the car details, and had a good chat too, what a lovely young man. Easy to talk to, understood my passion for my beautiful car, and laughed at the fact we now have a fleet of 4 vehicles insured with them, 3 of which are my husbands! Car is now insured for another year. Price was good, easy process and there is nothing better than speaking to a real person, in your own language and having a little laugh too. Well done Ben, you do A plan proud.

I received a telephone call today from A-Plan Insurance, a gentleman named DYLAN NICHOLSON. I had received a notification earlier on in the month my car insurance was due to be renewed. Mr. Nicholson, was though and knowledgeable, ( he saved me £51:00 by informing me my car was not worth the ad-on I generally take. He explained to me why this was not worth taking unless I wished) he spoke in Language I understood not jargon.
1) Mr Dylan Nicholson put me at ease, explaining why he had rang. (I was expecting a call soon)
2) Mr Dylan Nicholson had prepared himself before contacting me.
3) Dylan asked if he could use my Christian name.
4) Mr Nicholson had prepared himself be searching for the best policy for my needs before contacting me.
5)Mr. Dylan Nicholson. Saved me approx £90:00 off my insurance plus £50:00 add-on not value for money needed for me. Result thank you Dylan and A- Plan insurance.

Asad at A Plan has been absolutely fantastic. We were denied a payout from an insurer after they disputed that a flood damaged room was caused by a flood.
Not only did Asad get them to reverse their decision, checking in with me regularly to make sure all was OK, he got them to agree a payout and even complained on my behalf, securing me some compensation. They've been excellent - particularly Asad. Thanks Asad for working so hard for us!

Good old fashioned customer service,talking to a person,not being pushed into anything.friendly and keen to give a good policy,not a pointless online policy,which are nearly worthless.
I usually pay in full, for the year,but they we're happy to point out,it was a decent discount for paying monthly.
As an HGV driver,its very very important to have the correct info on file,including,unsociable hours commuting,long work hrs,how long the car will be statiinary at work etc.this was all handled really well.
I have 2 vehicles,on 2 policys.

Very impressed so far, Adam turned around a complicated and detailed quote in under 24 hours at a really competitive price when various other insurers hadn’t.
