Our present insurers(who Gave us staff discount rates) stated that they were no longer doing direct contact insurance for staff, they recommended we contact A-Plan Insurance brokers.
We contacted Jamie Alford at the Winchester Branch.
He was very helpful in sorting out a contents insurance and the buildings insurance- this came in at a price the same as we were getting with staff discount previously.
We had a couple of little queries and on phoning Jamie they were quickly resolved.
All the policy was explained in great detail and we would recommend changing to A Plan for other insurance quotes as well.

Renewed vehicle insurance today with Shuber Muhith in the Tooting office. He was polite, professional, thorough and extremely helpful and friendly. I have been dealing with APlan at their Tooting office for many years now and I have always found all the team there to be the best insurance brokers I have ever known. I've been blown away by the service I've received from Branch Manager, Ricky Sehmi. Dealing with a bereavement case he is kind and supportive first before actioning policy changes. I find Ricky goes above and beyond to get the right support in place, promptly, while also highlighting important details that need consideration. Good customer care is expected but to receive such a high level of empathy and commitment to making a difficult set of circumstances easier is out of the ordinary. Thanks Ricky.

Initially it seemed as though I would have to take out an alternative insurance for my car as A-Plan were not able to match/improve on the quote I had found, however, I was found a cheaper quote and I have renewed with them again. They always seem to come up trumps for me. Well done. Very helpful.

A reminder phone call this morning from A-Plan lead me to renew my contents insurance and my van insurance. The very polite lady put me through to Jon Fletcher - Worcester. He took me through the process, explaining which policy would be best for me. Even managed to 'crunch the numbers' to give a very competitive deal on both contents and van insurance. Highly recommend.

The only negative I have is - your contacted - phoned, text - voice mails - a little bit too much sometimes when your insurance is coming to an end. Fair enough some people might want to shop around - and want to be contacted early.
Shows they are on the ball etc. but once contact is made leave it a week - 2 weeks don't KEEP contacting someone with the same message !
I was going into hospital one time & didn't phone back but kept being contacted !
Other than that a very good service for my car and house insurance.
