From my first call to Aplan, 5 minutes after the accident the phone call was answered very quickly and I spoke to Miles who's calming voice made me feel he was going to help me sort things out, he took complete control of the situation and advised me what to do next, Miles also call me the next day to check that myself and my wife where ok.
Brilliant service from Miles, can not thank him enough.
And he has been in constant contact ever since, checking the repair is progressing correctly.

It's easier to discuss requirements or issues with a person on a phone on a one-to-one basis, and A-plan is excellent at doing so. I wouldn't use anyone else for my insurance needs.

A-Plan sent me an email reminding that my insurances was going to be due soon. I had plenty of time to review my options before contacting A-Plan to renew my insurance. When I phoned, the call was answered very quickly, and I was soon able to discuss my requirements with the agent. I was given plenty of time for this to happen, and any changes needed were suggested by the agent. I was very happy with the price and cover of my new insurance.
