I was struggling to make changes to my motor insurance policy. I was being charged huge admin costs and a prohibitively large amount to add my son as an additional driver. I happened to be passing the A plan shop and walked in on chance to see if they could advise. They were brilliant! I have now cancelled my old policy and am with a company recommended by A plan.
A very competitive price was secured and my son and I am now fully insured to drive my new car. I will definitely be using them for all insurance in future.
Although I am computer literate and love technology, there are times when one needs to speak with a real human - at A plan I can even see them! Thank you A plan.

We have been using A-Plan Insurance's Basingstoke branch for many years now and they always provide excellent service and support each time we renew our various insurance products with them. The time we had a car claim they were very diligent in following matters up and making things work. We just renewed our home insurance again with Cameron who is always on top of the detail and they go out of their way to get you the right deal and an affordable deal. A really good company to rely on. 5/5 for me.

I found that Thea maslin in the A plan office did a great job getting me the quote that suited my needs.
She was very helpful, polite and easy to communicate with while sorting out my quote, and saved me some money too .
