Offered a good deal for fully comp., £50 less than an alternative quote, also reduced the admin charge by 75%. Wasn't the cheapest offer I had received but the ability to talk directly to an agent rather than having to do everything on a screen is a big bonus.

I recently had to make a claim against my car insurance and Roxana-Elena Ilie of the St Albans office was my contact. Roxana made the whole process very straightforward and the repairs were agreed and arranged very quickly at a garage of my choice. Roxana managed a stressful situation with calm efficiency enabling my car to be back on the road within a fortnight. I would highly recommend A-Plan Insurance.

I like the fact that I can speak to them on the phone or go into the office and see someone face to face. They are efficient and polite and do things the old fashioned way which I think is better. Its nice to deal with people and not machines.

When I had an intractable problem dealing with the 3rd party insurers, Sharon from A plan spent many, many hours speaking to them and the hire car people to sort it out.
