Just renewed my house insurance outstanding and excellent professional help from Sally-Ann based in Bath, it was a education talking to her about my policy and I understood more about my homes insurance and why I have been with A-Plan since 2008 and why I will stay with you, really excellent service in a world where this is getting harder to find. I will keep coming back. Outstanding customer service clear and helpful in a minefield of insurance I now feel empowered and have peace of mind for our beautiful home is in good hands and with the correct policy for us.

I contacted A Plan Basingstoke today to get a couple of quotes for car insurance.
I spoke to Matthew who was extremely helpful and professional.
He went through the quote carefully and patiently.
Unfortunately the quote was more expensive than one I had obtained online.
If it been a small difference I would have been more than happy to pay for the fantastic service.
Would much prefer to deal with a real person than online.
Although on this occasion I did not proceed I would highly recommend A Plan and their consistently helpful, honest staff.

I have dealt with Charlotte Mullinger and Damon Stettner on separate house insurance policies. Frankly the most professional insurance folk I have ever dealt with.

Rang APlan as a recommendation from Zurich as they no longer doing contents insurance. Rang the number on the letter from Zurich and got through to a guy called Matt who gave me his direct branch number in case we got cut off. From the code I think it was the Basingstoke brance. Matt was extremely helpful in dealing with every aspect of our enquiry. He sorted out our contents cover, building cover and legal cover quickly, efficiently and with as little confusion (on our part!) and fuss as is humanly possible in this sort of transaction. He was very friendly and had a great sense of humour too. He went above and beyond as when we were disconnected as he attempted to transfer us to Zurich to cancel our current building policy with them, he continued the conversation with them and sorted the cancellation for us so we did not have the hassle. Good prices too! Matt made a somewhat dreaded phonecall much easier than expected and would recommend him to anyone.
