Bradley Hayes, Tilly McAuley we’re awesome. They talked me through all the questions I had, they helped me understand the terms, they were patient but most of all they were a pleasure to talk to. Amazing, I had been having unbelievable problems with my insurance company after a claim back in march, my policy was up for renewal end of august and as I didn't want to insure with them again spent ages trailing through review sites and found most had some situations like mine then I saw that aplan had much more positive so I gave them a call, spoke with a lovely lady called Val, very friendly, empathic with my situation and she actually explained things to me in a way no one has before, wasn't pushy to try and get me to take out a policy, advised me to contact the current insurers to sort things with them and kept my details on hold, I did speak with a couple of others and were both equally friendly and helpful. O f course the real test would be in the event of having to make a claim but hopefully I won't need to find out and I feel they would be much more helpful if I did, I would advuise anyone to make the call and see what they can do for you

The agent at A Plan Insurance appeared to be very experienced and clearly understood my requirements, the insurance policy he suggested covered my needs perfectly.
The cover provided was for a high-performance specialist sports car and as well as covering me for road use at a very competitive price, the policy also had an option to cover me to take the car on track days also for a very competitive premium.
Would thoroughly recommend this company.

As always, the team at Stratford upon Avon have been extremely helpful in setting up my latest insurance.
It might not be the 'cheapest' price, but at least I can pop in and chat with them if I need to, rather than hanging on the end of a phone for some poorly-manned call centre!
