The experience was good but not excellent.
-Frequent need to chase up. No call back even after assuring one.
-Spelling errors in name and address
-Insistence on phone conversation and refusal on taking information through emails (this could have prevented spelling errors)
-New documents were issued after spelling corrections and old documents were never withdrawn. This has led to a lot of confusion.
Please improve on the above points and your service experience can become better.

Finding a new provider for home insurance was made ery easy due to the helpful approach of 2 A-plan staff. Their explanations were clear and they were happy to answer my questions. Wonderfully refreshing to deal face to face with people. I hate technology!! Please retain this human approach,

The experience of my house subsidence has been very traumatic for myself and my wife and has been ongoing for many weeks. Cameron Birkby has been dealing with my claim with Ageas and has been both sympathetic towards us and a great help in getting the best resolution from Ageas. I have been dealing with Aplan for many years because I can always get expert help from a person instead of having to try to deal with a computer which I hate.

I am purchasing my first house and there was so much i didnt know about this space. Greg took me through all the steps and explained everything so clearly for me to understand everything. Went through the Harrogate branch and was helped out by Adam. He did all the hard work for me in finding a suitable insurer at the best price. Saved me a lot of time on the phone. They were very helpful and cheerful staff who have been nothing but friendly and knowledgeable about their products.
