My car insurance was due for renewal and I decided to shop around. I called A-Plan as I have had previous experience with them. Sophie was really helpful and took great care to understand my insurance requirements. She called me back when she said she would and tweaked my quotation to get me the best possible deal. In the end she saved me around £57. This might not sound much to some but with all the financial restraints we are facing it was worth it to me.

A complicated set of circumstances arose with car insurance. Two cars had been registered at one address. Due to a divorce pending, it has become necessary to split the insurance. I received detailed technical help from the manager of the Stratford on Avon branch. He suggested a way forward which I have followed. I am very pleased with the support he gave.

I have a freeholder insurance so trying to look for quotes online was very difficult so I just stuck with the same broker year after year.
