Last week I was involved in a car accident with another vehicle many miles from home. In a state of shock I immediately phoned A-Plan Insurance who, after ensuring I was safe, advised me of what to do next. I really appreciated the calm support.
From that moment on my A-Plan Advisor helped me every step of the way with my claim. They took the worry out of my hands… contacting my Insurance Company as necessary, putting my mind at ease if I had concerns and checking back with me to ensure all was progressing well.
One week later, unbelievably, my claim is satisfactorily completed with minimal hassle. The service I received from my A-Plan Advisor was excellent and I will certainly continue to arrange future insurance through this company.

You didnt get me cheaper insurance this year, even though each year my no claims increases and i have another year "incident free" behind the wheel, also to rub salt in the wound i watched a friend a few weeks later get a £200 reduction on his insurance so not a terrible service but over the last 24months i'd describe it as standard at best hence 3 stars
