I recently purchased a motorhome and naturally needed to arrange insurance for the vehicle. I was dealt with by Kerry Cornwall and I have to say she was amazing throughout the whole process, professional, thorough, and took time to explain everything I needed to know.

We have been using A-Plan Insurance for many years for both of our cars insurance and home insurance.
The level of service we get is very professional. It is so nice to deal with people almost on a personal level. Whenever possible I deal with Karl Burkhardt. A-Plan took over my policies when my previous broker retired. Today I discussed with Catherine in the Tooting branch about renewing my household contents policy. The quote had gone up £10, but the cover had been increased from £75k to £100k. I asked about including building insurance (currently with a big-name insurance company). Combining the policies into one has cut my costs by over 30% - brilliant work Catherine!

Taxed my van at Tooting branch spoke to Chantal, its never quick to insure a vehicle but the price was considerably cheaper than last year so really can't complain.

I had major operation back in the end of 2019 and knew I would not be driving so let my insurance lapse.
Then we had lock down.
Now I have never heard this before, but after 2 years you loose all your no claims bonus. So I was getting quotes of £700--£1000 for a 900cc car.
Then I went to A Plan they sorted me insurance for under £400. They are brilliant?

Having said that, A1 introduced themselves very politely & professionally - firstly by letter then a phone call, so I was quite happy to discuss my forthcoming renewal with them. Happily the quote was for an improved coverage for a reduced charge. Nice!

A-Plan were recommended by a neighbour. Both our cars were written off by a drunk driver. A-plan sorted her claim in days. My previous insurers took weeks. When I got a replacement car I decided to give A-plan a go. Dylan Nicholson of the Tooting branch was very helpful, happy to provide numerous quotes while I decided what named drivers to add to the car. He listened to my requirements and clearly explained all the possible add-ons. Excellent service.
