I cannot blame A plan for my insurance running out, leaving me uncovered - the hard copy reminder arrived only very recently, six weeks after posting due to the post strike, and the internet omissions were mostly my misunderstanding. What did impress me is that the issue was dealt with thoroughly and swiftly once the problem became apparent, and the agent managed to get a very good deal on the insurance. The first reason is why I am giving five stars.

Tom Booth at the A Plan Swindon office was totally amazing today (Friday January 20th 2023) for me on renewing my home insurance policy. Extraordinarily knowledgeable and very friendly, giving an air of confidence throughout the visit.
