Been with this Company for past twelve years for insurance of my Ford Fiesta van for self employed use and now only S&DP. Always have given me the most competitive premium quote for my needs. Staff courteous, friendly but also extremely knowledgeable and professional. Have recently introduced a customer account website where all documents, quotations, policies and certificates etc etc both current and previous are able to be viewed and downloaded if necessary. This I feel is a great help in pre-organising ones affairs.

I spoke to a chap named Andrew Griffiths. He was bloody brilliant, quick, efficient, friendly, trustworthy, and explained their process. He didn’t, as I’ve experienced many times with other insurance brokers, try to justify high prices, or act like he was doing me a favour by applying an arbitrary discount. Straight forward and honest.
I haven’t yet had to make a claim so cannot comment on that side of the process but hope it’s as smooth as policy set up. Agreeing a price was the easiest I’ve encountered yet for motorhome cover.
