Looking for insurance on a van. Contacted A Plan and spoke to David in the sales team. David was very courteous and professional in the way he spoke to me and gathered the necessary information to be able to provide a quote. Then explained all of the details on the insurance policy and confirmed i understood everything and was happy to go ahead with the new insurance. All documentation received immediately following the transaction. Overall a very good customer experience on my first time for using A Plan insurance, and i will be recommending them in the future. Straight through to real person without spending half an hour in telephone queue. Knowledgeable, helpful, everything made clear and very competitive pricing. I saw Dan at a VW show and had a chat with him, them when I got home I rang to get a quote. There was an extensive list of questions which I had to answer in particular about what modifications had been made to my 'van with side window' to turn it into a campervan. However when the quote came back the following day I was pleasantly surprised at how competitive it was especially considering the cover I was going to get. Why go anywhere else?

As the executor I was looking for a policy for my late mother's house which is unoccupied. The agent was extremely helpful and explained everything very clearly, pointing out issues relating to unoccupied houses which I had been unaware of and could be problematic.

My husband had been dealing with financial matter for more than 45 years. Last year he passed away and Japanese old widower who's mother tongue is not English has to do everything. To carry on what he had been doing is the only way for me, but my builder said that he has a better plan than the one I had and that was the moment I noticed that I should compere offers each company shows.
