Polite, helpful and competitive. Just insured my new VW Camper with A-Plan. Happy with the price and level of cover but also the helpful and informed staff at A- Plan who responded to all my queries. Quinton hall at A-Plan Parkstone has been my broker for few years now. The renewal process is easy as there is a good underwriter and it is not worth trying elsewhere for the cover I need. We are not explorers.
So A-Plan that took over my previous broker continue to have my business and Quinton hears a story or two.Good to have continuity.
The proof of any pudding will be if there is a claim...but none so far after over 20 years.

This company is the easiest company I have dealt with in relation to insurance. I can honestly say they were actually miracle workers.
