I had no second thoughts about getting ca quote from AA the first time they tried contacting I missed the call . But they tried again . Jordan searched the best quote he could which was over £100 cheaper than the company I had been with for several years. He explained everything so even I could understand . And nothing was too much of a problem for him

I renewed our van insurance and spoke to Shuber Muhith in the Tooting office from A plan.
It was refreshing to speak to someone over the phone who was professional, courteous and had a sense of humour. Shuber dealt with our renewal offering all the best options and was patient in getting back to me after many attempts. thanks Shaber for lovely customer service.

I renewed my home insurance policy automatically as I simply didn't have time to shop about this year. My 'laziness' probably cost me an extra £40 or so, but I wanted an easy life.
Last month though we had an issue with our gas supply. I thought I had Home Emergency cover, so I called A Plan in Sheldon, spoke to Asad Hussain who confirmed I did and transferred me directly to them.
The agent at the home emergency cover company had no idea, told me we weren't for covered for such an issue & I resigned myself to sorting it myself & paying the £264 to resolve.
Asad made a courtesy call to me that afternoon to see how I'd got on. He was surprised to hear I wasn't covered & got LV, our insurers involved. Over the next two weeks he negotiated and facilitated and the outcome was yesterday I was refunded the whole £264! Wow!
Had I used a comparison website I might have saved myself a few pounds on renewal but it would've meant I'd lost over £220!
Asad was caring, tenacious, kept me updated & super professional. I'd definitely recommend using A Plan as a result.

Good Service. I initially spoke to Jack, Then Michael and finally James after getting through to Morgan who could not finalise Jack's quote...although James could.
The overall quote process was handled very politely, which considering the time it took was a great feat in itself to achieve. At one stage the selling got a bit aggressive, in my view, which made me step back to check out the proposed insurer and find out who their backers were including their history and credit rating etc. All good in conclusion and pleased with the outcome.

Good service is no longer the mantra of a lot of big businesses preferring profits to personal customer care - Aplan are the exception & without fail on numerous calls recently I have always received a warm & helpful answer to my call. In particular Marie sorting car insurance, Matt & Sheba dealing with house insurance claims - highly recommend this team & the exceptional service they provide

I have been a client for some years now insuring multiple vehicles. Yes, you can use a price comparison site and maybe get a cheaper price BUT what matters most is the quality of your cover and how issues are handled - this is where A Plan will be your friend. I had a recent issue and Holly Richardson went above and beyond to help me , i do not believe i would have had that help elsewhere. Thanks Holly.
