Novan really made the process of sorting my partners insurance really easy. He was informative, polite and had the customer at his best interest. Amazing customer service skills. I like the staff at A Plan but like with the majority of brokers and insurers management set the policy so you have to compare the market and then enforce the “ match that quote’ facility, thus avoiding unnecessary paperwork. As a retired Marketing Director I understand but abhor Inertia marketing, especially when it is usually the older, less computer savvy population who don’t or can’t search the market who suffer from this approach. Retention is key and rewarding loyalty used to be an essential part of that equation but alas no longer. Rewarding loyalty breeds ambassadors who became part of your sales force. Retention from inertia doesn’t build a long term business. Here endith the reading

Yesterday I had the pleasure of speaking on the phone to Amina Akhtar who helped me find a very competitive quote for my car, she was very professional and had a happy demeanour and everything was sorted in no time at all. I’ve used online companies before but it’s always such a palaver to speak to them when you have a problem. I like the fact that one call does it all.

My Wife and I had an excellent meeting at A Plan in St. Albans this morning. We met with Jon Hart who was really helpful and clear. Purpose of the meeting was to clear some confusion regarding our Buildings and Contents Insurance cover which we have had with A Plan for a number of years.
