I spoke to Alexandria at Lichfield with a not straight forward task and it was not only great to speak to someone but someone who knew what I was trying to get and she did what she said she would do and called me back several times to make sure things were as needed. Who needs to talk to computers and emails when you can talk to a genuine lady like Alexandria.

Jack Threadgill at A-plan in Norwich was very professional and a good listener. He helped me to set up car insurance having had difficulties which I had found stressful and it was good to talk to a person rather than on the phone or online. Just completed my boat renewal with A Plan Parkstone Office. Quinton Hall dealt with my renewal call and he did a fast and very efficient job. No messing around, he provided straight forward information, delivered in a very friendly manner. I wish more insurance companies employed people like Quinton. I was with A-Plan for several different policies until 2 years ago when i moved to another provider for Contents and Building Insurance. And this year, as that other provider increased the premiums by nearly £150, i went back to A-Plan. And guess what - they undercut by £300 AND increased the level of cover for both aspects. And provided a very warm and helpful service.

We unexpectedly needed buildings insurance very quickly for an empty property, and Sam Pocket at A-Plan in Witney (I think) did a great job.
She had to get back to me a couple of times during the afternoon after sorting various things out and always did so when she said.
We now have two houses and two vehicles insured with A-Plan and can thoroughly recommend them.
