I have recently contacted the office in Oxford to deal with arranging the existing car insurance to be transferred into my name following my husband sadly passing. All staff were helpful and offered their condolences and it was said with feeling and well meant not read off a script. They helped add another driver to my car and finally arranged insurance for a new car. All I spoke to couldn’t have been more polite and helpful. I couldn’t recommend A Plan more for service and prices. Thank you.

I have just signed up with A-Plan through Motor Direct in Witney and was provided with really excellent support from Jonathan Scanlan who got me an amazing quote for my Mustang Shelby GT 500 which was 23% cheaper than other quotes I had received and it had better features too. Unknown to me my motor insurance had lapsed but A- Plan were most helpful in helping me arrange immediate cover, not quite sure how cost effective this is hence the 4-star rating, but I guess that they are somewhat bound by the rules of the insurance companies (I will leave out my opinion of insurance companies). Overall, a very efficient company.

I firstly contacted a representative named Ryan Gardner, who was very pleasant and informative regarding my enquiry for caravan insurance. He ensured a great line of communication and Offered a very competitive insurance quote, he was very professional.
I decided to proceed a couple of weeks later and was dealt with by Jody Weston who again was very professional, polite, and obviously knew her job well.
She arranged the insurance for me and the policy arrived within minutes to my e-mail in box. I was impressed that this company seems to have well trained, polite and knowledgeable staff, very pleased with dealing with this company (for the first time).

I had failed to get a reasonable (age, experience and price related) van business insurance quote on line. I got back to Aplan van insurance broker, after I was distracted from them good many years ago. They have not only dealt with my van insurance needs in a pretty straight forward manner but also got me a decent price compared to what was being offered to me during this process. All Staff members have been very friendly and helpful professionally. I would recommend to all and my friends who ask for an insurance. Please make sure it is 5 stars and not 4.8 stars

I just wanted to praise Gemma Thorn at Bromsgrove office for her help and assistance in choosing our home ins, she was polite friendly and not at all condescending in helping me understand and breakdown the minefield that is home ins ( we had been with our previous broker since having mortgage set up over 15 years ago!!! i had no clue what we were paying for).
Gemmas patience and non pushy approach made it a deal breaker , that paired with the fact I can visit my local branch and or speak to an actual person upon calling Aplan was another huge plus. We also have our static caravan insured with Aplan again an easy choice to make as just so simple and Aplan staff are very transparent, at all times - I highly recommend this company.

A Plan in Basingstoke have been looking after my family's car insurance for over 25 years now. I do not shop around online, preferring the personal way they handle everything from advising what sort of car my young son should ideally be looking at (years ago now), advising me to use another insurance company when he had a provisional license, patiently explaining the "extras" such as legal cover etc and seeking the most competitive cover. Friends I have recommended A Plan to have been extremely pleased with the service given by Karl and his team. They are also brilliant at reminding you to renew cover which is not always the case with some well-known online insurance companies and which can lead to disastrous consequences. I don't look anywhere else and they reward my loyalty with good discounts.
