Having dealt with A Plan for a few years on car policies, house policies and with Learner and New Drivers I have always found their advice and policy recommendations very good.
They search the market, explain their recommendations and it is a much more pleasant experience than typing away on internet search pages. Highly recommend them, my intial experience was because of coming out of fleet car insurance and finding my No Claims did not read across to private insurance.

I have been fortunate to get a dedicated worker from this Company. The DW (dedicated worker) attends to all my insurance needs as I have several policies with them due for renewal at different times of the year - The DW reminds me when the policies are due - The DW spends time explaining the policy - what is covered and what is not covered for each insurance policy. The DW tells me that he has viewed several other insurance companies and gives me the best price possible. I trust what he tells me and it takes away the hassle of looking up insurance companies myself which can be quite complicated and onerous. I find that the DW is efficient and I can rely on him to make contact with me at a mutually convenient time.
