This is my second year having my car insured by A-Plan. I knocked out the last star as there was a some-what worrying hitch at the last minute, which turned out to be less worrying, but still more expensive than I had hoped., as I do not remember making aby claims in the large number of years I have been insured.

Mr Franklin was welcoming and friendly. He asked me about the type of insurance that I needed and about-face my previous insurer and reasons for leaving previous insurer. He asked about car insurance but my husband deals with that and I will be pushing him in your direction. I felt confident with his replies to my questions. I saved money and left the office happy.

Contacted Aplan Wilmslow for a quote to insure my vehicle. Even though we couldn't do the deal due to a reason on my part I was more than impressed by the attitude and professionalism of the staff especially Ella who worked tirelessly and spent lots of time talking to me and answering questions and was very pleasant and friendly throughout.
