I have a van to campervan conversion ongoing / not yet completed; I contacted A-plan as the annual insurance was up for renewal and I was looking to change provider. I had not had an issue with my previous provider but I had become aware that they had possibly (internet forum sample not necessarily very reliable) been problematic with claims for some people. Again, same sampling caveat, but A-plan did seem to generate positive feedback online.
As per the score I found them very helpful, and the process very straightforward. I did have a lot of information to hand (all expected), but after a comprehensive initial discussion it was then only a short while to get a call back with a competitive quote. I can't provide any feedback on their response to a claim.

Very helpful professional people in St.Albans branch. Advised and guided a family member who at the time wasn’t a customer at the time but now is. Worth a lot to actually just pick up the phone and be able to talk to someone who understands and helps. Most of my family are with Aplan for car insurance and House insurance.
