Huge thank you to Nicky Davis from Cheltenham Aplan!!!! I contacted Aplan because i had a nightmare of a water leak running from the kitchen to the bedroom , hallway and toilet. Was great to talk to a human and not a machine. Nicky dealt with the insurance company so i didnt have to. She organised for the rooms to get dried out whilst communicating with the builder , insurance company , etc so we were all on the same page. Nicky even sent my photos off to the insurance company as i didnt know how as im not tech savvy. Its now finally all finished and such a relief. It was a nightmare situation but it ran smoothly because of Nicky. Thank you !!!!

I prefer to deal with Mike Crowne as he is very helpful.He helps me to obtain the best results for my insurance’s.

The people at A plan are genuine, courteous and friendly. They bend over backwards to ensure you have the right cover for your personal needs and to offer that cover at the best price possible.
