I have found Aplan quite competitive and have taken out my home and contents insurance again this year. It’s was disappointing that they let me down with my car insurance which I have had with them for a number of years, but unfortunately this time I have had to go elsewhere, otherwise I would have give them five stars, maybe next year they might come up with a better deal.

Although the price was great I thought the arrangement fee was a bit steep. I also found it very difficult to follow the advisor when reading out the conditions spoke rather quickly and as i am hard of hearing it was difficult follow.

I have been using A plan for years for all my insurance needs . I always go back as the service provided is exemplary. This occasion warranted a change of insurance company as my current insurance company were unable to meet my new criteria. Nathan Smith dealt with my specific requirements and as ever the service was first class. Nathan took the time to fully explain particular components of the new insurance and allowed me to interject if I had any questions. The insurance provider also needed a phone call to ask further questions, and Nathan was very obliging by contacting me later that day as promised, in order to impart the answers to questions I had posed. This company representative deserves to go places. First class service that I would highly recommend.

Fantastic, professional and customer orientated service. Jonathan Well's was patient throughout, despite the various interruptions, and noise from the children during our calls. Liam was always very professional, reliable and easy to contact.
It took over 5 months for my car to be repaired. Throughout, he stayed in touch on a regular basis and took care of all queries with the insurers car hire firm and the repairers.
This meant that I did not have to make phonecalls myself to all these people .
