I contacted A-plan to renew my existing policy and was greeted by a lovely assistant who ran through my policy checking anything that may have changed in the past year. I also had a few questions which she answered straight away. She also asked if I had any other insurances like house that were coming up for renewal. I said I was happy to be contacted as they may be able to save me some money on multiple policy's when next due to renew. We got cut off and she rang me straight back which I was relieved about as we were nearly at the end. Would deffinately recommend them.

I called to enquire about my car insurance and spoke to a chap called Luke Morley in the tooting branch. He was extremely helpful in sorting out the cheapest quote I had found by 50% and advising what the potential plusses and pitfalls of each option were. I signed up over the phone as the quote was very reasonable and the policy extremely inclusive for my needs. I mentioned in the conversation that I also needed public liability insurance for my new business so was transferred over to Luke’s colleague Birinder Bedi who asked lots of questions about my business and again found me a deal at least 40% cheaper than I’d found on go compare. Birinder gave me an extensive amount of information all of which will be very helpful in my new business venture. Starting a new business is very scary and I usually dislike dealing with any sales departments, insurance or otherwise but both of these gentlemen were very honest, down to earth and reassuring. It’s rare that I experience exceptional service but I can honestly say this company provided that. I would definitely recommend A plan to any friends and family in the future, I was simply very impressed.

We have been with A-Plan for many years. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Admiral and others provide laughable support when you reall need to call on your insurance. A-Plan are there. recently bought a car and the team went the extra mile to place insurance at very short notice over a weekend. I can't recommend them highly enough

Highly recommended. Kerry (Cornwell) took the initial lead and guided through the process easily and quickly, excellent. Everyone at A-Plan that I dealt with have also been more than helpful in sorting this. This was easy and straightforward and unlike other insurance brokers they informaed of all the options covered and not covered without asking.
