Required cover for a new motorhome purchase, vehicle has several additions to standard, most "name" insurers unable to consider or even understand these or to even quote against a "non-standard" requirement. A-Plan understand motorhomes and potential modifications and additions, were able to provide a competitive quote very quickly and to effect cover when I required it; excellent service from Joe and Katy, would recommend strongly! I have found A-Plan insurance excellent to deal with. They are professional and very helpful. I am so grateful to the friend who recommended I approach them when I returned to the UK with a left hand drive car 3 years ago. They give good advice and then leave the door open for you to shop around. It is so nice dealing with their employees because it seems they genuinely want what is best for you. I also appreciate that they get to understand your requirement by having a two way conversation rather than just reading from a script! I will be considering them for more than just my car insurance going forward. For the most part I have been dealing with Adam and I would say he has gone above and beyond to assist me.

Very friendly and efficient service, any problems are sorted out promptly. I've been with A-plan for approx ten years and would recommend to any van driver. I tried an on-line insurance once that was cheaper, and it was a disaster, terrible after sales service. So I've been with A-plan ever since. I can phone them anytime and they are always helpfull, peace of mind assured. Top class.
