We called in to A-plan in Fareham as i recently took out a new car insurance with them, and they needed additional documentation. the whole experience was a delight. The young lady who served me was very friendly and helpful - the office is smart, modern and welcoming. It is so nice to be able to call in and speak to a real person rather than a nameless voice on the phone.

It is reassuring to know you are having your insurance requirements assessed by a team of people who fully understand the insurance you need. Online, do it yourself services are great but it is too easy to miss something which may be critical when it comes to a claim. Plus, not only do they make you feel more confident that you have the right cover, they also save you money. I know - why go anywhere else? Very happy with their service and have moved all of my insurance requirements over to them.
