I could not fault the service received from the Swindon Branch of A -Plan and particularly the help from Tom Booth in the claims department. Although there were delays in acquiring parts for my accident repair, Tom kept me informed of the situation at all times and liaised regulary with the repair company to check on progress. What might have been a very stressful and upsetting time was made so much easier with Tom's efficient (and charming) assistance.
