My usual broker had quoted me a ridiculous sum to insure the new car I was picking up the following day. I was very upset, as I could not afford it. My neighbour suggested I call A Plan Insurance.
The man I spoke to was calm, kind and professional. He quoted a reasonable price and the insurance was set up without fuss - I didn't even have to wait for ages on the phone while a machine spoke at me - the call was picked up straight away. Such a relief!

The usual courteous and efficient personal approach in dealing with my renewal. My preference is dealing with staff face to face rather that with voice on a telephone. Even so I will always ring around for other quotes, just as a check and the A-Plan are used to me by now and usually come up trumps with my renewals.

It was a great customer experience with Reece helping me navigate the process really well and looking out for me as a client. He was a great mix of personal (warm and friendly) and professional (thorough and fast). I normally hate calls like this but he made it weirdly a positive experience; plus got me a great deal. I've had great service before from these guys and it really does make a difference. I cant recommend A-plan highly enough.
