Just how you'd like an Insurance Services provider to be - old fashioned in all the right ways: customer focussed, helpful, never hurried or "hard sell". I've dealt with Tom and Mike (Michael Wyse): they are great guys who take the time to understand your requirements and do their best to get the best deal for you. I did a quick comparison against the RAC online for my premium at renewal to check but CVS had the edge both on price and features. Highly recommended.

I have just taken out both house contents/buildings insurance and business insurance. Sandeep Singh and Sean Wilson McGlynn have been absolutely brilliant in helping me find the right insurance. It was refreshing not to be asked questions by a machine, instead I spoke to an excellent staff member, Ellie, who took my call. She had plenty of time to deal with me, and was very clear and concise with all information given. All my questions were answered straight away, and in an easy to understand way. Her knowledge and ability to answer complicated questions about policy details, conditions and flexibility is first class.
The fact that Yvonne is herself a sailor and boat owner helps her understand my cautious concerns.
Couple the above with a pleasant, friendly and supportive approach, and the ability to find suitable underwriters etc, I can't recommend Yvonne Hall at A Plan Parkstone highly enough.
