Was with Endsleigh for my car insurance but they moved me over to A-Plan and what an excellent move. Trouble free and so very helpful, spoke to the Loughborough Branch, Chris sorted my new policy very quickly, polite and professional and very helpful, also spoke to Richard at the same Branch with an enquiry and again Richard was quick, polite, helpful and very professional, what a pleasure to speak to these two professional people, thank you.

At the time I was travelling and trying to determine which provider to go with & it was challenging without wifi & mobile network to compare documents. I must admit to getting a little confused! A-plan were good at following up, however one of the other providers was able to provide me with a clearer Product information document which was tailored exactly to my needs for unoccupied insurance. In comparison the A-plan Produce Information Document was general rather than specific and the amendments were sent separately which I found more difficult to follow.
