Having not used an insurance agency for a number of years I decided to see if A Plan were efficient at what they do. The answer was Yes, definitely.
They sourced a car insurance quote for me within 20 minutes and allowed me to go away and consider it.
Having checked it was a like for like quote I phoned the next day to take it out, especially as it was £54 less than my quote from my existing company, and Yes it was with a company that I had heard of.
So all in all a good experience with a great outcome brought about by a very pleasant and polite member of staff and with no pressure selling, hence the 5 stars.

My father used A-plan for years and they reminded me his insurance was due. Sadly he died last year but I saw no reason to break with tradition. They provided an excellent service and an OK mug of coffee whilst they found me a product and price I was happy with.

She carefully identified what I particularly needed from my policy, and took trouble to ensure that my requirements were met exactly. I went to A-plan insurance in Bromsgrove, on the recommendation of a friend ,for a car insurance quote, as my current one elsewhere was coming up for renewal and i was not really happy with the quote they had sent me. Pieter took my details ,was friendly and excellent in providing all the information in a clear and efficient manner that i was happy to take out the cover and at a cheaper price too.Thank you very much for all your help and excellent customer service. On a side note it was a very nice clean office to walk into, a friendly atmosphere was very evident amongst all the staff that i felt completely at ease.

You really can only tell how good an insurance company is when you have to make a claim. However, if the process of getting insurance can be judged the A-Plan are brilliant. My American import (Dodge Pickup) needed to be renewed and so I asked them to quote. The result was a very acceptable premium, compared to others, very professional and a pleasure to do business with. Give them a try. I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.
