It was great to actually be able to speak to someone without going through a call centre, being on hold for ages, etc. I got call backs at times convenient to me and emails were answered quickly. Incredibly helpful staff. And on top of all that they saved me money! What more can you ask for. Truly great experience and a firm I would recommend and come back to for other quotes.

I am so glad I popped into A-Plan Insurance and saw Ryan, pretty much on the off-chance. Within a day, I had received an excellent all in one quote for my buildings, contents and Air bnb insurance. The quote was more than £200 less than a quote I had obtained just days earlier. It was also great that it only took a few minutes for Ryan to obtain all the relevant info from me. Online, the questions seemed to go on forever.

After a year of online insurance, not being able to talk to an actual person to sort out any problems I had and most of the time not even being able to find their chat page to talk to them, it was so refreshing to be able to talk with an actual person. The 2 young men I dealt with were very polite and so helpful, they sorted everything out for me over the phone and gave me a phone number to ring in case I was worried about anything. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
